Healing Belongs to You - Pt 3

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
Acts 10:38

Every morning you need to "prime the pump" by speaking God's Word over yourself and saying what God's Word says about healing. You should do this not when you get sick, but do it now while you're healed. Do it now while you feel well. Do it now while everything is good. When the enemy hits your body, you'll be so full of the Word that you will just explode on him, "It is written. Himself took my infirmities. He bore away my sickness and with His stripes I'm healed from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet. Get off my body."

And when you say it, it won't just be words from your mind because you heard step 1, 2, 3 and 4. It will be with the power and force of faith, because you have it on the inside of you. The devil then knows, he's not only has a fight on his hands, he knows he's lost already. He might as well find another victim, because you refuse to be one.

The third reason why you have to know healing is God's will for you is that all sickness is the result of Satan's work when he introduced sin into this world. Jesus was manifested to destroy Satan's work. The Scripture text tells us, How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

He had the Holy Ghost and power to heal you-not just your neighbor, not just your friend, not just the pastor, but He came to heal you. He came to heal you because you're an ?all.' Healing all that were oppressed of the devil. That will tell you what sickness and disease is ---Satanic oppression.

Hebrews 2:14 says, Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.

Jesus put on the flesh and blood body like mine and yours. He walked this Earth for one reason-He wanted to destroy the one that was destroying us. We were being destroyed, but he destroyed the destroyer. I like to remind the devil, ?You are destroyed. You don't have any power. You're just faking out. You're just out here trying to find whom you can devour.' He's walking around seeing who he can find that doesn't know the truth. He's looking for those who haven't heard the good news of the gospel, that you are redeemed, that you are healed, that you are delivered and that you are set free.

I like to rub the devil's face in it and remind him, ?It is written.' But people say, "Yeah, but what about what the medical chart says?" It is written. "Yeah, but the devil said..."

If you know it's the devil, why would you even listen? As soon as you know it's the devil you should say, "Shut up in Jesus' name. The Bible said resist the devil and he would flee."

He will run from you in stark terror, because when you speak ?it is written' from the Word of God, the Holy Ghost shows up, and the devil remembers Him. He met up with the Holy Ghost in the very bowel, the pit of hell.

He got whipped beyond recognition. He doesn't want anything to do with the Holy Ghost and the Holy Ghost doesn't want to dwell in a broke down body. God's will is for your body to be healed.

Prayer for Today

Father,
I want to thank you for healing. Jesus paid the price for my healing. He carried my sickness and diseases and pain. He bore them away from me. He bore them in my place. So I would not have to bear it. In Jesus' name, Amen!
