LEADERSHIP: Seven Steps to Making a Quality Decision
“Making decisions is a process, not a change of mind.”
Scripture Reference: Hebrews 11:24-29
Step 1 – Esteeming. The Greek word for esteem means to judge, balance, weigh, measure, and account (add or subtract). What you value will determine how you do things. There are two rewards we have to balance – a spiritual measure and a natural measure. (Vs. 26)
Step 2 – Refused. You have to choose. You have to refuse before you choose. Otherwise, it is not a choice. (Vs. 24,25)

If you are faithful over little, God will make you ruler over much more. Read More>>
